Step 1
In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Add water and 2 Tbls butter. Beat for about 3 minutes, until smooth. Using a spatula stir in cheese and enough of the remaining flour (1/2-1 cup) to form a soft dough.
Step 2
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 4-6 minutes, until smooth. Add additional flour if the dough is sticky. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Spray a pie plate or other round pan with non stick spray. After the dough has rested, divide into 12 equal portions. Roll into balls, and place in the pan. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Once the rolls have risen, bake for 11-14 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Step 5
In a small bowl combine 1 Tbls butter, honey, garlic powder and onion powder. Heat for a few seconds, so it is thin. Remove rolls from the oven, and brush with the butter honey mixture. Let rolls cool until the glaze sets. Then serve.
