Step 1
In a small bowl combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, chili powder, and onions powder. Set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl or measuring cup add and mix together the honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and sriracha.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet (I use my 12 inch cast iron) over medium-high heat.
Step 4
On a cutting board carefully peel the skin off the salmon, using a knife if necessary. Discard the skin and cut the salmon into 1 inch cubes.
Step 5
Add the cut salmon to a mixing bowl and sprinkle the spices over it and toss gently to coat.
Step 6
Add the coconut oil to the skillet. Add the salmon pieces in one layer so they are spread out in the skillet. Cook 1 minute.
Step 7
Flip the salmon and add the honey sauce. Cook 1 more minute. Gentle move the salmon around in the skillet so they either flip again or get covered in the sauce. Cook 60 to 90 seconds more. Remove from heat.
Step 8
Let the skillet sit for 2-3 minutes before serving the salmon bites.
