Step 1
Cut chicken cutlets into two-inch strips. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Add chicken strips and cook for five minutes. Add vegetables, if using.
Step 4
Add honey, mustard, and soy sauce. Cook for 10-15 minutes (stirring occasionally), or until sauce reduces. Serve over orzo or rice.
