I decided to marinate the chicken breasts overnight and then baked in the oven for 20 minutes. It was wonderfully flavorful.

We all loved these! My kids don't like dijon mustard and they still loved these sandwiches! I will be making these a lot this summer and will try grilling the chicken to see the difference. I did toast the buns and didn't use any additional condiments other than the lettuce/tomato on the sandwich. The marinade gives it plenty of flavor if you continue to baste them. This is a great quick main dish!

Liked it a lot and are now adding it to our menu. We also cooked it stove top cook to cook it faster and more thoroughly. We tried it with ranch dressing but we thought it was better without.

We grilled our chicken and just basted the honey mustard on the last few minutes. SOOO GOOD!

This wasn't as sweet as I'd expected but it sure was tasty with a nice little "kick" (I did use the 1/4 t. cayenne).  We'll be having this one regularly!

We put a little bit of ranch dressing kind of like ketchup on this sandwich and it brought the flavor of the chicken out more.

We really liked this recipe.  I cooked the chicken & the sauce separately & just let each person put the sauce on if they wanted it.  We did leave the oregano out since we don't care for it.  Will definately make this again.

My daughter and I just loved these sandwiches! I love the fact that they're so easy to make and that they taste so delicious that it's no problem to make them ahead of time on the weekend and eat them all week long!

I've made this several times by marinating the chicken in the sauce as written for several hours and either grilled or cooked on top of stove.  Serve as meat entree without making into sandwiches.  Delicious and very moist.  My husband is not a chicken fan, but likes this a lot.  You can add leftover, cut up chicken to green salads for easy summer meals.

I marinated the chicken breasts in part of the sauce for about 3 hours and then basted with the reserve sauce. My son said it is one of the best sandwiches he has ever had. Very simple and tasty!

This was AMAZING!  I just cooked the breasts on the stove top (instead of broiling) and it was so juicy, the sandwich kept falling apart!  I lightly salt and peppered each side prior to brushing with the honey-mustard mixture... My husband LOVED it!
