Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

To make glaze combine honey, maple syrup, and dijon mustard in a small bowl.

Whisk until thoroughly mixed.

Set aside, covered in fridge.
Step 5
Line a deep pan with parchment paper.
Step 6
Unwrap ham from any packaging.
Step 7
Place ham flat side down in pan.
Step 8
Rub brown sugar all over top and sides of ham.

Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 10
Place ham in oven.
Step 11
Bake for about 15 minutes per pound. The ham pictured was about 8 lbs. and took two hours.
Step 12
After that, remove from oven and uncover.
Step 13
Pour glaze over ham. Return ham to oven uncovered on broil for no more than five-eight minutes, watching it to make sure it doesn’t burn. This is just long enough to heat glaze and caramelize it.
Step 14
Ham should be heated all the way through and top should be nice and brown.
Step 15
Remove from oven.
Step 16
Slice and serve.
