Step 1

Melt butter, honey and peanut butter in a saucepan and boil gently for 5 minutes. Lift saucepan periodically to prevent boiling over.

Step 2

Mix remaining ingredients together and add honey mixture. Mix together well.

Step 3

Press into a greased slice tin using the back of a spoon.

Step 4

Bake at 150C for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

Step 5

Remove from oven and refrigerate until cold and set.

Step 6

Cut into pieces and store in refrigerator.
