Combine the honeydew, cucumber, mint, and ice in the base of a high-speed blender.
Step 2
Process on high for 30-45 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely blended.
Step 3
Serve immediately, or strain the smoothie through a fine-mesh strainer to serve as a cooler. Top with chilled sparkling mineral water or naturally-flavored carbonated water (I like the Spindrift Lime flavor).
