Step 1

Place 500 g water into mixing bowl, boil 6 min/100°C/speed .

Step 2

Add tofu, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, pork, carrots, dark soy sauce and salt, cook 3 min/100°C/speed . Meanwhile, mix starch and 1 tbsp water in a small bowl.

Step 3

Add reserved starch-water mixture and cook 2 min/100°C/speed .

Step 4

Add lightly beaten egg tablespoonwise and cook 1 min/100°C/speed .

Step 5

In a serving bowl, mix black vinegar and white pepper powder. Transfer soup into the bowl. Garnish with sesame oil and chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
