Step 1
Put roast in the slow cooker.
Step 2
Mix the two cans of soup with beef stock and onion soup mix.
Step 3
Pour over the beef.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 6 hours or until falls apart and shreds easily.
Step 5
Use forks to shred the beef.
Step 6
If too thick add a little water or beef stock.
Step 7
Serve warm on buns or rolls.
