In a microwave-safe mug, stir together hot cocoa mix, flour, milk, and butter. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until mixture is double in volume and set.
Step 2
Cool for 1 minute. If desired, top with ice cream.

Tip: Premix the batter in mugs several hours ahead. Keep chilled until ready to microwave.
