Spread on lined baking sheet and season well with salt and pepper.Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping sprouts once during baking. Sprouts should be browned around edges. Add feta and chives to pan and stir.Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with some extra honey if desired. Serve immediately.
