Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil (for easier cleanup).

Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil and Everything Seasoning. Place Brussels sprouts cut side down on the sheet pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until dark brown.
Step 3
While they roast, mix honey and hot sauce together in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds and stir to combine.
Step 4
Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and transfer to a bowl. Add the hot honey and green onions to the bowl with the Brussels sprouts. Toss to coat everything with the honey. Garnish with lemon zest, feta, and add a sprinkle of salt if needed.
