Step 1
Cook bacon in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cover the sheet pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Season with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.
Step 3
Heat a skillet with 2 TBSP of butter and sear chicken in the skillet on both sides. Cook for a few minutes on each side. This won’t fully cook the chicken. Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle on some of the Hot Honey on top of each piece of chicken. Top with Pepper Jack Cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. While the chicken finishes cooking, melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet and toast the buns.
Step 5
Build sandwiches by adding chicken, bacon, more Hot Honey, and pickles.
Step 6
Enjoy! This recipe made four sandwiches, but you could easily use more chicken to make as many sandwiches as you need.
