Step 1

Dip one chicken tender at a time into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, coat the chicken in the flour mixture, covering it completely. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the process with the remaining pieces.

Once all the chicken tenders are coated and placed on the baking sheet, lightly spray them with cooking spray or drizzle a small amount of oil over them. This will help them achieve a crispy texture in the oven.

To ensure they are fully cooked, you can use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).

Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
