Fold the thin outer edges of the salmon fillets under for even cooking, and place them on a lightly oiled baking sheet or in a lightly oiled dish.

Top the fillets with the tomatoes and green onions, and season them with salt and pepper.

Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork.
