Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Set aside a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

Combine ground beef, onion, eggs, garlic, ketchup, Worchestershire sauce, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until everything is properly combined.

Step 4

Fill a loaf pan halfway with the meatloaf mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 375°F.

Step 5

Begin making the meatloaf sauce. Combine ketchup, white vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small mixing bowl.

Step 6

Whisk until all of the ingredients are properly blended. When the meatloaf is 15 minutes from being done, brush it with the meatloaf glaze.

Step 7

Allow 5 minutes for the meatloaf to rest. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
