Place Costco ribs in a covered roasting pan on a rack above a layer of water or wrap them in foil aluminum.

cook for about 2h until reaches 190°F, or until the meat easily separates from the bone.

In this stage, you can brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Return to the oven and bake for 20-25 more minutes, until sauce has warmed up and turned darker.
