Wrap the garlic bulb in a damp paper towel and place into the microwave. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds, then remove from the microwave and rub lightly with the paper towel. Garlic cloves with easily emerge from their skins.
Step 2
To store: place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for later use.
