Step 1
Place the cheese in your freezer in it’s original container or another air-tight freezer container. Zip bags work great for this, just make sure you lable them clearly.
Step 2
When you’re ready to use the cheese allow to thaw in the fridge.
Step 3
Cheese will stay good in the freezer for about 6 months.
