Step 1
Make the dough per the recipe. Scoop the dough as directed - if the recipe includes a chill time, complete this first in the fridge before freezing your dough. For cookies with a sugar coating, I usually do not roll in sugar until just before I bake.
Step 2
Placed rolled cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan, and freeze for an hour until solid.
Step 3
Transfer to a ziploc bag or airtight container and label.
Step 4
Store in the fridge until ready to bake.
