Step 1

Pre-heat Air Fryer at 400 for 3 minutes.

Step 2

In a large bowl combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together.

Step 3

Add the vegetables and toss to coat.

Step 4

Add the vegetables to the Air Fryer basket.

Step 5

Cook for 8 minutes. Shake the vegetables and cook for 6-8 additional minutes.

Step 6

Add cheese and bake for 1-2 minutes. (optional)
