Step 1

Place meat in a pan and cover with water. Bring the water to a low boil and cook the ground meat thoroughly.

Add the eggs and meat in a blender and blend.

Use butter or fat to coat the waffle maker and then cook the waffles.

Serve waffles with butter and honey if your body tollerates it.
