Step 1
Take flour in a clean bowl. Knead a soft dough using ¾ cup water and 2 tbsp oil till it becomes smooth. Add more flour or water until you are happy with the consistency.

Keep the dough aside and rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Crack the eggs in a bowl and add chopped vegetables and spices. Beat them well.
Step 4
Create dough balls and roll them into rounds to form your chapatis.
Step 5
Heat a pan on the stove and cook your chapati on one side. Once golden, flip it and cook the other side.
Step 6
Sprinkle some oil around the chapati. Using your spatula, lift the chapati and add some of the egg mixture. Place the chapati on top of this and let the egg cook completely.
Step 7
Once cooked, remove it from the heat. You can eat it as is or cut it into smaller pieces if you have kids at home.
Step 8
Serve hot with chutney, raita, chilli or tamarind sauce.
