Step 1
Peel the banana(s). Slice each banana in 1⁄2 centimeter (0.2 in) - 1 centimeter (0.4 in) slices.
Step 2
Arrange the slices on a microwave roasting rack or plate stacker. You may also use any microwavable container.
Step 3
Microwave on the defrost mode for 10 to 15 minutes, or until slightly sticky to touch. If you smell burning a few minutes into microwaving them, remove them and make sure it's in defrost next time.
Step 4
Remove from the microwave. Transfer the slices to a wire cake rack.
Step 5
Allow to stand overnight.
