Step 1
Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method. We recommend you use a dark roast coffee, as it will have a bolder and more intense flavor that will stand out against the sweetness of the milk and sugar.
Step 2
Next, add the milk and sugar to the coffee, and stir to combine. You can adjust the amount of milk and sugar depending on how you like it.
Step 3
Once everything is mixed together, pour the coffee mixture into a blender, along with a generous amount of ice. You'll want to use enough ice to create a thick and slushy texture, so don't be afraid to add a lot (If you feel more is needed than the amount we’ve mentioned, then add more).
Step 4
Next, blend the mixture until it is smooth and slushy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure that everything is well-mixed and smooth.
Step 5
Once the frozen coffee is smooth and slushy, pour it into a glass and serve it immediately. You can garnish the frozen coffee with whipped cream or chocolate shavings, if you like, for a delicious taste on top of the lovely frozen coffee.
