Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Step 2
Slice the bread loaf in half, lengthwise.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic powder, parsley, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mx well.
Step 4
Spread mixture evenly on each slice of the Italian bread. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
