Step 1
Wash apples, then peel core and chop apples.
Step 2
Add enough water to cover the bottom of a large stockpot. I used 3/4 a cup of water in my large stockpot.
Step 3
Add the chopped apples to the stockpot. Bring the apples and water to a boil then turn down and simmer for about 25 minutes or until apples are soft.
Step 4
Blend or mash the apples into the consistency of applesauce you desire.
Step 5
Enjoy.
