Put the cubed creamed spinach in the Instant pot and add 2 tablespoons water

Close the lid and secure. Turn the valve to the sealing position and select the Manual or Pressure Cooker button

Set to high pressure for 4 minutes
Step 4
When the cooking time is done quick release
Step 5
Stir the spinach. If the spinach has too much liquid press cancel then choose Saute. Let the excess liquid evaporate
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately
