Step 1
Preheat the oven according to package directions. Grease a muffin tin or 8"x8" cake pan.
Step 2
Blend all of the ingredients together in a bowl. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
Step 3
Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour batter into cake pan or into muffin tins. If using muffin tin, fill each well about 3/4 full.
Step 5
Bake cornbread until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
