Step 1
Get a big bowl and put the lamb, breadcrumbs, spices and stock powder inside.
Step 2
Now, it's time to get physical. Grab a grater and grate your potato on the side with the coarse holes directly over the mixture in the bowl. Time for some sunshine. Grate the lemons on the side with fine holes, also over the mixture, then add your cheese. Now get your hands in there and mix it up real good. We want every meatball to be a flavour party.
Step 3
Roll the mixture into balls, each about 2 tablespoons in size. Think of making tiny edible snowballs!
Step 4
Give your air fryer plate a good spray with olive oil. Now, place your meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer and give them a little spray of oil too. They will love it.
Step 5
To cook those beauties, set the temperature to 200°C and the timer for 15 minutes. Halfway through, turn the meatballs over and give them another spray of olive oil. They are sunbathing in your air fryer!
Step 6
For the finishing touches, drizzle the meatballs with tangy yoghurt and rain down some parsley. Serve them with lemon wedges and pita bread. Go eat!
