Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F and get out a rimmed baking sheet large enough to hold all of the pieces of bread you want to toast. Do NOT butter or grease it.
Step 2
Place your chosen slices of bread on the baking sheet in one layer.
Step 3
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the toast for 4-6 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy. Timing will depend on your oven.

Flip the slices over, then return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until the top side has browned and you have two browned sides on the toast.

Remove, butter if desired and serve.
Step 6
Use this method when you have the time to stand and watch the toast for 3-4 minutes! You MUST watch it! I prefer this method as I just get it done quickly.
