Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F (180°C) then lightly grease your GoodCook Sweet CreationsWaffle Cake Pan with butter or vegetable oil. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl add in your dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.
Step 3
In a separate jug, combine the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not be tempted to overmix. Lumps in the batter are ok, they have a way of working themselves out.
Step 5
Divide the batter evenly amongst the 6 wells of the GoodCook Sweet Creations Waffle Cake Pan.
Step 6
Bake for about 15-18 minutes until the waffles are a golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a plate and serving. To serve top with berries and maple syrup.
Step 7
Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
