Step 1

Mix together your oatmeal, orange juice, 1/2 of your cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Put half into the jar. Layer in 1/2 of your orange.Add the rest of your oatmeal on top of the oranges.Top with remaining cottage cheese and orange slices. Cover and store in the fridge.

Step 2

Mix together all ingredients except your blackberries.Layer half of your oatmeal into the jar.Add in half or your blackberries. Layer in your remaining oatmeal.Finish off with the rest of your blackberries.Cover and store in the fridge.

Step 3

Mix together your oatmeal, milk, greek yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and chia seeds. Put half into the jar. Layer in 1/2 of your raspberries. Add the rest of your oatmeal on top of the raspberries.Top with remaining raspberries. Drizzle with cream.Cover and store in the fridge.

Mix together oatmeal, milk, mashed banana, brown sugar.Layer half of the oatmeal into the jar followed by 1/2 of the sliced banana and 1 tbsp walnuts.Repeat the layers. Finish off with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Cover and store in the fridge.

Mix together oatmeal, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon. Layer half of the oatmeal into the jar followed by 1/2 of the apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Repeat the layers. Cover and store in the fridge.

Mix together your oatmeal, milk, honey, Greek yogurt, honey, salt, and cinnamon. Put half into the jar. Layer in 1/2 of your blueberries. Add the rest of your oatmeal on top of the blueberries.Top with remaining blueberries. Cover and store in the fridge.
