Using the Anyday Strainer, strain the excess water.After straining, add the water and stir to combine.Cook uncovered in the microwave for 15-16 minutes, or until the water is almost fully evaporated and the barley is tender but still slightly firm.Allow the barley to rest for 3-5 minutes with the lid on. Serve immediately, or store in an Anyday dish with the lid on in the fridge for later.
