Step 1
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Step 2
Spread the pulled pork around in the pan. Then pour the liquid or drippings over the top.
Step 3
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Place in preheated oven and heat up for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the pan from the oven and carefully fold back the foil. BE CAREFUL OF STEAM.
Step 6
Check the temperature of the meat. It should be 145 degrees.
Step 7
If the desired temperature has is not reached, cover the pan and place it back in the oven. Check every 15 minutes until the meat is ready.
Step 8
Using a slotted spoon, remove the meat from the slow cooker and place on a serving plate.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
