Heat skillet over low heat.Thoroughly combine Za’atar and olive oil.
Step 3
Spread Ziyad brand Hummus on each side of bread. Top one side with cheese. Brush Za’atar mixture on the outside of each slice of bread.
Step 4
Grill on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted (about 2-4 minutes per side). Enjoy!!
