Step 1

Place garlic and brown onion into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add olive oil and sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Step 3

Add beef and cook 5 min/120°C//speed 1.

Step 4

Add sugar, tomato paste, tomatoes, red wine, sweet paprika, ground caraway seeds, dried marjoram, fresh bay leaves, allspice (optional), nutmeg, grated lemon zest, salt and pepper and cook 60 min/100°C//speed 1.

Step 5

If required, place a small bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh water into it. Add flour and stir to combine, then add to mixing bowl with capsicum. Cook 5 min/90°C//speed 1.

Step 6

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
