Add garlic: Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.

Cook with sage: Add the chopped sage leaves and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 4 minutes until the butter is light brown and has a nutty aroma.
Step 4
Season and serve: Add the ground black pepper and salt to taste. Toss with vegetables, fish, pasta, or ravioli, and enjoy!
