Inside Out Grilled Cheese

Cheddar-jack cheese

sourdough bread

guacamole

black beans

sriracha

Place 4 ounces shredded cheese directly on a hot flat top grill or frying pan. Place bread on top and let cheese melt and get crispy. Add remaining ounce cheese to the tops of the bread and let melt.

Remove from grill. Spread guac on one half of the melty side of the sandwich and place beans on the other. Drizzle sriracha evenly over the guac. Mash the sandwich together so that the crispy cheese is on the outside. Slice and enjoy!

Hmmm this recipe is not like what is shown in the video.. It is missing the salsa, red onion and all those wonderful peppers and jalapeno that they added to the black beans, not to mention all the seasonings.  I am sure this is just a vague copycat type recipe but it says: RECIPE COURTESY OF HERM'S INN.. it may be a recipe they gave them but not the one served in the restaurant (probably to protect their personal recipe they use in the restaurant.. don't blame them for that)
