Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in an electric pressure cooker.

Step 2

Place the lid on the pot, make sure the vent valve is in the SEALING position.

Step 3

Using the display panel, select the MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK function, HIGH PRESSURE. Use the +/- buttons until the display reads 10 minutes.

Step 4

When the cooker beeps to let you know it's finished, wait until the display panel reads, LO: Switch the vent valve from the SEALING to the VENTING position, use caution while the steam escapes, it's hot.

Step 5

Ladle the stew into bowls and serve warm.
