Step 1
Place 1 cup of water and trivet into the inner pot of Instant Pot. Pierce 4-8 clean potatoes several times with a fork. Stack potatoes on top of trivet.
Step 2
Close lid and set valve to sealing. Set Instant Pot on high pressure for 12 minutes.
Step 3
After cook time has finished, allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes then turn valve to quick release.
