Add olive oil, onions, garlic, and celery. Saute until soft and translucent.

Add carrots, collard greens, ham, chicken broth, black eyed peas,and apple cider vinegar.

Lock the lid on the Instant Pot and cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
