Step 1
Pour sesame oil into your Instant Pot, then add garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Press “Sauté” and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add bok choy leaves.
Step 4
Pour water into your Instant Pot, then cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Once done, do a quick pressure release.
Step 6
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy :)
