This buttered Instant Pot Cabbage is easy and delicious and can be made right in your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. It’s one of our favorite ways to eat cabbage.

Instant Pot Buttered Cabbage

cabbage

butter (unsalted)

chicken broth

& pepper

Add chicken broth and butter into instant pot insert. Add chopped cabbage to the top. Close lid, ensuring that valve is set to "Sealing"

Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Once done, press Cancel on Instant Pot. Quick release by slowly moving valve to "Venting." Once all pressure is released, open lid.

Stir cabbage. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

Is delicious mm just made it.I used only 3 tablespoons of butter. Added garlic powder and when done sprinkled in parmesean cheese. It tastes fantastic. This is how I'm making this from now on!! Thanks

Absolutely delicious. Recipe is very thorough for such a simple dish! I added a bit of hot pepper flakes, used chicken broth, sautéed the cabbage in the instant pot, and added some garlic powder and celery salt as well. Fantastic. Thanks so much for posting this.
