Sort and rinse the beans. Add them to the pressure cooker along with 8 cups of water and 2 tsp. of salt.
Step 2
Set cook time for 30 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
Step 3
Remove the pressure cooker pot and drain the beans.
Step 4
Chop the onion, garlic and sausage and add to the pressure cooker pot along with the other ingredients.
Step 5
Set the cook time for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure.
