Measure out dry rice, and rinse under cold running water.

Dump rinsed rice directly into the inner pot in the Instant Pot.
Step 3
Using the same measuring cup, measure out an equal amount of water or broth and add it to the Instant Pot.
Step 4
Add sea salt, lime juice, EVOO, and chopped fresh cilantro to the pot.
Step 5
This recipe can easily be scaled up or down using a 1:1 rice to water ratio.
Step 6
Remember not to go past the halfway mark on the inner pot.
Step 7
Lock the lid in place with the vent knob turned to the sealing position.
Step 8
Turn off the “Keep Warm” setting to ensure you don't overcook the rice.
Step 9
Select pressure cook or manual and set the cooking time to 2 minutes.
Step 10
Allow for the pressure to naturally release (NPR) for 15 minutes.
Step 11
Release the remaining pressure.
Step 12
When the float pin has dropped it is safe to remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
