Step 1
Peel apples, cut in half, remove the seeds and core. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and add them to a large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss.

Transfer the sliced apples to the Instant Pot.

Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup. Toss to combine.
Step 4
In a small bowl mix the water with the cornstarch until lump-free. Add the mixture to the Instant Pot and stir to combine well.

Place the lid on, lock and make sure the valve is in the sealing position.
Step 6
Press the manual button and set the time to Pressure Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Once the Instant Pot has finished pressure cooking, do a Quick Release.
Step 8
Once the valve drops, open the Instant Pot, gently stir the apples and serve.
