Step 1

Place corned beef, broth, water and whole garlic cloves into instant pot.

Step 2

Using the meat/stew option cook corned beef for 90 minutes.

Step 3

Once completed use the quick pressure release.

Step 4

Remove corned beef and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 5

Add carrots, potatoes and cabbage to liquid and using the high pressure cook for 4 minutes. Once complete use the quick pressure release.
