Step 1

Add rice, liquid, soy sauce and chicken to Instant Pot.

Step 2

Cover pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to the amount of time specified in the green chart. Follow the pressure release instructions in the chart as well.

Step 3

Remove the lid. Remove any meat and skin from the chicken that you can and stir into the rice. Discard the bone. Salt and pepper to taste.
