Step 1
Sprinkle frozen thighs with salt. Place trivet in the Instant Pot and add broth. Place chicken thighs inside on the trivet.
Step 2
Seal and cook on high pressure for 13 minutes. (See notes for boneless chicken thighs.) Preheat broiler.
Step 3
Let the pressure release for 5-10 minutes. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet and pat dry. Add more salt or seasoning if desired.
Step 4
Place chicken thighs under the broiler, about 10 inches to a foot away from heat. Broil 5-10 minutes or until the skin is golden brown.
